If upon receiving your order you find any issue or damage to the product, please email us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We accept returns and exchanges within a 14-day window of when the order is received by the customer as shown by the shipment tracking. Upon approval of your return you will receive a pre-paid return label. When your returned item is received and inspected, we will immediately process the refund upon approval and it should post to your bank account in 3-5 business days. If exchanging an item, please note the item you are looking to exchange for in the return form. Please note for both returns and exchanges that we are only able to extend them to products received back in sellable condition. Any apparel that has been worn or washed will not be eligible for return or exchange.
